Why could your diet plan be failing you? 🤔
1. You are regularly eating foods that you are sensitive or allergic to. Keep a food, mood and poop journal to notice trends in bloating, gas, diarrhea and/or constipation. 💨
2. You spend most of your day in a stressed state. Chronically elevated cortisol levels will increase belly fat. 😰
3. Your digestive system is not working optimally. You don’t digest, you don’t absorb nutrition and your body will tell you that you’re hungry until it gets those vital nutrients no matter the calorie intake. 📈
4. You are only focusing on your diet but not taking into consideration sleep, hydration, sun exposure and Your “health” relies on so much more than food. Without proper sleep, water intake, sun exposure and people…there will be many voids keeping you from true health and happiness. 💋
5. You think it’s because you’re weak, aren’t exercising enough or eating too much instead of also considering the above. That’s pretty self explanatory! 🙏🏼
